Beauty on Budget is a semi-annual sale offering teens and women upscale consignment items at unbelievable prices!
We offer a huge selection of upscale and gently used clothes from juniors to plus size, including boutique items, shoes, purses, jewelry, and accessories. Not only can you shop at up to 90% off retail, but this is your opportunity to make money on those clothes just collecting dust in your closet by becoming a consignor. Our Spring Lancaster sale is located at The Junction Center in Manheim, Lancaster County, conveniently located off Route 283 near Roots County Market. Our Chester County Sale is at the Exton Hotel & Conference Center just 1.5 miles down Route 100 from the Turnpike and our *NEW* Berks County Sale will be held at the Leesport Farmers Market off Route 61.

Our Story
I got the idea to start Beauty on Budget back in 2020 . I had been consigning my kids clothes at similar events and made a lot of money! I started wondering, “Why isn’t there an event like this for women?”
I’m a busy mom of 3, who is hyper organized, a little crazy and crave an affordable place to shop for cute trendy clothing. I see what my girlfriends have in their closets and I know we can all benefit from it! I love the idea of giving gently used items a second chance.
I have an appreciation for a good deal, along with making some extra cash on those pieces you purchase and only wear a handful of times. I’m hoping to change the way we shop, give back to my hometown and surrounding areas and create a community of shoppers, volunteers and consignors.
I can't wait to consign and shop with you!
